Log in to your Books2Door account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and labels remain attached to avoid any processing delays.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to your local courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
